Rubber in vial

Son a of bitch... There's a piece of rubber inside the vial from the 18g needles ripping the vial (I was a noob and order 18's awhile back)

I shoot with a 23. Should I be worried?

I'm tempted to just toss the 18g.

It happens to most of my vials. Nothing to sweat about as long as you swabbed before puncturing the seal.

I use the same to draw and shoot it dosent dull the tip have you ever seen a medic or dr draw up drugs and then switch the needle? Anyway I would pull all that gear out and re filter in a new sterile vial it will cost u $10 to do that. Jmo

Actually... I've see pictures of thin gage pins after going thru the stopper and they get pretty knarly.

I may try a few and see.

Just make sure you pull your gear around it. Like Bill Hicks said, as long as you cleaned the top you will be fine.

I've seen those too...just has not happen to me I use 23g. Go for the center the outside is thicker rubber. Experiment with it let me know what u find.
The only thing I would be worried about is the rubber contamination that's the problem people were having when mixing Ethal Oleate with prop to make it painless... They were finding that too much could cause rubber breakdown and contaminate the gear... Anyway hope it works out for you gymrat

I'm just kidding I used 18's a couple times but stopped using them because they are to rough on the vials.

Just don't inject it and I think you'll be fine.

I always clean the top. Still unsure what I should do.

I've read that either it would get stuck or it wouldn't go through with a 23g.

Guys I use to be a combat medic and I bet I've gave over 5k shots I always injected with the same needle that I drew with I've never seen a problem with it just make sure the vial is clean

You have a rubber plunger in the syringe too.
