after reading thru the newbie stickies, i came across a very interesting article which states that "saturated fats arent as bad as what ppl think.."
ok, i agree that sat. fats are needed by our bodies for various reasons (but in small amounts), and from the article, they state that saturated fats are NOT the cause of blocked arteries, cancer and other factors... so my question is, is this commonly known "bad" fat actually bad?? if so, then why is it bad? what does it do?
