Scared Shitless

like i said, at this point it's looking like the after-effect of ephedra. still waiting for doctor to get in touch with UCSF medical center. said he would do it tomorrow. I atill believe that all the supplements in the world aren't going to help me because my digestive system is strewn to shit. it's not workin

i spent all of last night throwing up on the floor..i am stopping the supplementation until i see the doctors at UCSF..it's not that i don't trust u trouble, but i can't be throwing up blood and not getting sleep..hope u understand

another thing that might be interesting is the fact my body has been excreting this yellow substance through my skin,. It shows up all over my white tees...dunno what it is

well doc can't get me into UCSF, due to my insurance coverage; or I should say, lack thereof. Once again, my coverage interferes with me seeing the doctors I need to.

Where does it collect, everywhere, or just the pits?

chest and back..not the pits

Holy Shit, never heard of that. I get the yellow pits from time to time, hence the reason I don't wear white T shirts any more.

i have also started contacting lawyers in regard to an ephedra claim. I was perfectly strong and healthy before I started that shit, and I intend to get all the money I can outta them. I am also switching to a different insurance because the coverage I have now is minimal and ineffective.

no ephedra was it..i was doing some research about the side effects of ephedra and the one thing i kept coming across is how it depletes ur neurotransmiotters, leading to depression/anxiety/loss of appetite, etc. what particularly struck me was the effect it hasd on ur ephinephrine and norepinephrine levels. I had a urine test done where both of those levels were greatky depleted. I am starting big time supplementing with them, thinking that physically there may not be somethign wrong with me. I might juast be lacking neurotransmitters which regulate energy, appetite, mood.

after asking several mods, gopro being the most influential, I have decided to take one last major blood test, covering every disease/cancer known to man. i was able to get an appointment today for later on in the afternoon, and I will make it clear to my doc that no stone is to be left unturned on this test.

justin You mentioned about scewing around with all that sugar loading postwork for I do not know how long, but due to your unresolved issues even thouigh they may have happened year ago that stuff is still implanted in your subconscious brain and it goes back to what trouble mentioned before. Over time this is bulding and we are totally un aware untill a trigger brings it full blown. When a person with un resolved issues that adds other variables on top (ephederine, dieting, school, ect, overtraining) it may trigger other things to come to the surface and making us vulnerable. The result of these stressor put us in to metabolic stress and caused our bodies to produce free radicals that went rampant damaging our hypothalamus which control every thing and puts us where we are both are today. TRouble summed it up best. "we are our own worst enemies" So one can not just blame it on one thing, but its accumulation of several variables and the paths we choose in life that affects our well being..

i know ur trying to help, but i really don't appreciate comments like that..instead of mulling over what might have caused me to become sick, u should try to help find what's making me sick

Have you been tested for an intestinal acid reflux disorder called GERD and for a hiatal hernia?

I can give you the long song and dance over why, but its clear - you have an advanced GI problem with blood loss. Ephedra would have kickstarted an otherwise silent presentation of this disorder, meaning it predated your use of ephedra. Ephedra is a catalyst and your former abuse of it will not afford you a strong stand in court, this I guarantee.

I have already covered in detail what I believe is wrong. I understand that you need help now, its imparative that you not wait. If your medical insurance is crappy, you have the same problems as the rest of us - high premiums and shoddy coverage. You're certainly not alone.

At this point, your gut is so inflammed and sensitive, doesn't matter what you take, you'll have problems. Best to find a capable gastroenterologist and have him treat you for ulcerative GERD if you have it.

HAN, I know you mean well. Please refrain for posting to this thread.

^^thx..well i just saw my pcp, and he agreed to test for me for HIV, STDs, various viruses etc...since i just had blood work donce a couple months ago, he deemed it unnecessary to do another metabolic panel; and I can understand why. He and I are now banking everything on my appointment with the Infectious Diseases doctor in two weeks. He also agreed with me and the doctor I have been seeing out of coverage for the pas year,Dr.Toth, that I probably have CFS (well no shit!!).

I'm starting to feel you more and more Oak, I'm currently in the process of being poked , prodded and passed from one specialist to another for a mysterious back pain that has no obvious problems on any MRI, Xray, etc. I mean today I paid $10 to go into an office sit for 15 minutes talk to a doctor for 2 and get handed a paper to get lab work done. I'd have spent .39 cents to mail them a self addressed stamped envelope so they could mail me the lab form, god damn!

so i take it u didn't aggravate it training? just popped out of nowhere? we talking spasms?

It came ove the holidays after lifting alot of heavy gifts, sharp stinging, obnoxious pain in the ass. First thought I pulled a muscle so just took it easy for a few days, did some yard work and really killed it, hasn't gone away since.

it's funny because in the beginning when I first got sick, one of my friends who also has CFS, suggested I might have it as well. The thing that struck me as odd though was his comment exercise made him feel better. That;s what I was doing before I got sick; lots and lots of exercise. I was lifting in the gym and running laps at the local high school. But now that I have the backing of 2 doctors, hopefully the Infectious Disease doctor will agree with me, that is, unless he finds something else.

gonna get a glucose tolerance test...i wonder why doctors didn't bring this up before ,given my cousin has Diabetes..

insulin sensitivity would also explain why it was so hard for me to cut the fat when i was dieting for the competition. My trainer and I were wondering why I wasn't losing when i had cut my calories coming from complex carbs significantly..

got blood test taken today for HIV, STDS, anything virus related..thought I might as well;got nothing to lose. also through in rbc,wbc..will schedule an appointment with the hospital to have glucose tolerance test done once doctor gives me the referral

tomorrow glucose test...should be the biggest indicator yet what's wrong with me

OTB - consider use of this online smart diagnostic tool which may help you and physician reach a solid diagnosis. I recommend it; you can choose one of two inexpensive report levels to suit budget and needs.

I had forgotten about it until I came across it again today, and realized you and HANs could really benefit from its use.

Good luck with your test tomorrow.

well i just got it...took 3 hours...stuck 8 times because some of my veins wouldn't cooperate. u wanna feel pain? have blood drawn from ur wrist. jesus that hurts. anyways my doctor will have the results tomorrow morning.

well doctor said test results are normal...where do i go from here? who knows..there's a point where i'm gonna quit trying..

i ordered the full report

Take a copy of your recent blood work and go see an ND. I recently did this and I'm finally being treated after several months of the doctors saying there was nothing wrong with me.
