Seperated macronutrients - which first ?

In the mornings, I sometimes have my oatmeal followed by a can of tuna and then some peanut butter.

Now the problem is, since I'm not a sicko and mix these all together (ewwww) and have them seperated by a few mins would it matter in which order I have it in ? Does 10 mins make a difference in digestion ?
 
Of course it matters!


It will make 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% difference.

I used to have scrambled eggs and tuna fish for breakfast when I was lifting heavy.

Now I'm slacking and just have oatmeal and bananas. :monkey:
 
Well, it aint too bad

Eat your tuna while the oatmeal is cooling down. Then have the oatmeal and finish off with dipping a spoon into the Peanut Butter
 
I've eaten the exact same thing but I try not to make a habbit of it ! :D
