im currently 9 weeks my next amature mma bout,its a under 145lb division and im currently 143lbs at 14-15% bf.
should i
a)-concentrate on my diet and training to try get as close to 145 whilst dropping to as close to 9-10% as i can.
b)concider eca,clen or winny or var to give me a helping hand?
ive currently got a very good training regiem and diet is also pretty good.
strenght,recovery and speed are important to me and im not looking to be any heavier that 145 but i would like to be slightly stronger.
