Friday 4/30
Cardio: 45 minutes Rollerblading
Weights: Only did Lunges, SLDL & Pile squats for my legs
Also Did Bicep Curls, Tricep Dips, and Tricep Extentions
I need to go to Academy (sports store) to get higher weights in my dumbbells!!!
I need 20# db's --they have them at the neighborhood gym though--so I may wait on it.
