Good assumption, but no. Maybe I wasn't as forthcoming with my information as I could have been, I am 34 yrs. old, I strength train 3 days/wk split into upper and lower body with upper split into front and back. I have been lifting since age 13, I have years experience in training as well as a Bachelor's of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State U. NOw, that being said, I have not had major exposure to AAS, just some of the sites I get onto and read, I have done research, but never bothered about PCT, here is why: whether the Deca I did back in college was Deca or not, I have no idea, what I do know is that I went from a scrauny 155-160, to a ripped 180 using what I thought was Deca only, along with creatine, that's it. I never ran any type of PCT, whether I got lucky or not, I have no idea, I just know what the results were. I was running collegiate track at the time and was subject to testing so I did my cycles off season. My stats are 34yrs of age, BF between 12-15%, training experience of a decade plus, training and nutrition are not the issue, AAS is.
So, I have been to the stickies, read up about PCT, what to take to combat gyno, water retention, yata, yata. What I want to know is if the Deca/Dbol cycle for 8 weeks is no good, can someone recommend one. I am looking to walk around at 190-195, current weight stays between 183-185 consistently, I know because I check every other day while at the gym. Now, if this sounds like the ranting of a 19 yr old, then the youth of today are more astute then I thought possible.
