it seems to me that i can't gain anymore strength and mass..it seems like someone just pulled the E-Brake on me
. my diet is ok, protein is around 200-250g's and carbs are around 250-300g's and fats are around 80g's. training is push/legs/pull. nothing seems right to me anymore
. maybe sometime down the rode i'll Hit a mass/strength spurt. working out in the summer seems useless for me. my best strength gains seem to be in the winter...i dunno why, maybe i'm eating more and training harder.



and i need to hit them and work on them.
