it seems to me that i can't gain anymore strength and mass..it seems like someone just pulled the E-Brake on me :( . my diet is ok, protein is around 200-250g's and carbs are around 250-300g's and fats are around 80g's. training is push/legs/pull. nothing seems right to me anymore  . maybe sometime down the rode i'll Hit a mass/strength spurt. working out in the summer seems useless for me. my best strength gains seem to be in the winter...i dunno why, maybe i'm eating more and training harder.

i think your lazy, and you really dont eat or train the way you say you do. as much as you would like to believe it.

if you were doing what you were saying you wouldnt be plateauing, especially at your age. you take too much nonsense and your diet is probably shit. you live in a fantasy world

stop the bullshitting, your cheating no one but yourself. and this doesnt belong in the training section, it belongs in open chat

i eat clean and train hard...soo my diet isnt shit. stop bullshitting? i'm not

you just jealous...

hopefully something will spike soon. if not i'm forced to Roids :D :joke:
lol but i do hope something does happen. :) i'll just be patient(sp?)

Eat and sleep more - you should have the time, what else does a 16 y/o do?

it is because you train to failure every set, take a week off, and when you come back stop training to failure every set. You are probably overtrained.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Periodization.

Any kind will do.

Do something other than Push/Pull/Legs for a change.

"Do what youve always done, get what youve always gotten."

Enough is enough, and its time for a change.

With all the priceless information on Ironmag there really is no excuse for somebody of your age to be plateauing. End of fucking story.

What are you talking about? Looks to me like your bench just went up another 10-15 pounds.

In terms of mass, you're only eating about 2700 calories a day. That's probably not enough for a 183 pound 16 year old to gain mass. Bump it up 5% or so and see what happens.

Valias- lol nm

Witchblade- no lol

Mike- i have taken weeks off and when i take time off i feel like crap and when i come back to training i feel like my strength has dropped ( prolly mentally).

Gazhole- i have tried changing my routine and stuff but i seem to stray back to the ol push/pull/legs.

Cowpimp- it went up 5lbs, i wish it was as easy gaining lbs on my bench as it was before. i will bump my cals up some

I knew you were gonna do that, give excuses you faget, so why the fuck do you ask anyone for help!?

Well...don't stray back!

Maybe thats the problem, you dont actually stick at anything new for long enough to see results.

i need to focus on my squats and deadlifts...they seem to be stuck too and hopefully working on them hard they'll go up and along w/my bench.

start a new routine! Also try carb cycling or something new with your food.

Guys don't bother, kenwood thinks he's stuck in a rut cuz his bench only went up 10-15 pounds last month

How will you be "focusing" on these lits, exactly? What changes are you going to make?

i mean i need to hit deads and squats hard. i've skipped my last 2 leg workouts :grumble: and i need to hit them and work on them.

no changes...he is stoopid.

ohhhh, I see your gonna hit them! great plan!

Thats what i mean, Kenwood. What exactly are you going to do to "hit" them while youre "focusing"?

All ive seen at the moment is you trying to psyche yourself up with buzz words.

Read the advice and the stickies and actually try and absorb some of the information, and maybe you'll learn something. Perhaps if you did that people would stop giving you crap all the time.

That's bullsh*t! He should just hit them hard!

Preferably with something hard and pointy.
