it is to a point but I believe most of it is out of habbit because the majority of people have sex before going to sleep.

I mean how many time do you want to take a nap after rubbing one out in the middle of the day ? I know I never do or have.

I do that in the morning after a good night out. Wake up, shag, go back to sleep for a couple of hours, wake up, do it again, she makes breakfast . Although some women aren't into morning sex.

Are you kidding me? Sometimes during the day when I have nothing to do and think a nap would be nice, I go spank it just so I can fall asleep. Nothings better than shooting a load then just falling asleep watching tv...
