Hey Guys and Gals,
I just wanted to throw this at yall,, see what yall think. (Please note that I am not a newcommer when it comes to creatine)..
Anyways heres the questions.
I am taking Phosphagen HP(which I seen great results in the past from this product).

The loading phase asks for 1 scoop 4 times a day

1 scoop =
Calories 140
34G Carb
33G Sugars
200 MG Phosphorus
60 MG Magnesium
95 MG Sodium
80 MG Potasium
5.25 G Creatine Monohydrate
Taurine 1G

I am currently taking 2 scoops(double the amount) 4 times a day

thats 42G of Creatine Monohydrate a day....

"Keep in mind I am 230LBS and drink about 1.5 Gallons of water a day, and constantly going to the bathroom"

Now I know I heard some people doubling the dose of creatine and seeing great results from it. But from my information listed, is it too much(for my kidneys)?

Thanks,
Bobby

40-50 grams/ED is pretty much the typical daily dosage for the loading phase

For who? Coleman?

I labels always say 20 grams loading and 5-10 after that.
40-50 sounds like a huge amount. but whatever floats your boat.

going to have to agree. thats seems a bit excessive. i notice results with 5g a day and no loading.

Im a bit more worried about what kind of effect that the 264g of sugar is having... However, the 42g of monohydrate would turn me into a giant squishy balloon, I dont know about yourself, though.

when u run out go buy some CEE
