If you ate equal amounts of tuna in oil and mixed veggies (as much of both as you wanted), 6 times a day, you would have perfect protein/carb ratios, vitamins, efa's, and calories (volume dependent). You could eat 2 cans of each per meal (600 cal) x 6 = 3600 cals. More if your bulking.
