currently sitting at ~215 at 6'1, bodyfat % i dont know but abs are visible when flexing.
obviously want to get bigger but also leaner... so looking for recomp basically
i was thinking about doing a 6 week cycle now, sust + dbol kick at start (bulk time)... do this with 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off then 4 weeks pct. Then go on again for 8-10 weeks between may/june/july
rather than shutting myself down twice, should i just wait till say april and do a longer cycle of 12-16 weeks? here i was thinking test/tren/mast
