Uncle Z sponsored blast

Hit legs tonight. I attempted to squat 505 and failed twice. This is the heaviest iv ever attempted. After failing I dropped to 405 for 2 sets of 6. Then down to 315. I did leg curls, leg extensions, lunges and calf raises. My legs and knees are defiantly feeling it now.
 
So thankful it's Friday! Am cardio and chest later today.. I pinned last night and I'm upping my NPP to 300mg a week. Injections went smooth as always. Have a good and focused flex Friday.

How does NPP make you feel? What effects stick out the most?
 
Hit chest this evening. Got 315 on incline for 2. Felt pretty good about that. Lots of bench, incline, flys, pullovers, push ups. Got a good workout it. The misses was mad bc I spent to long at the gym on our "date night". Opps. I get so lost in lifting. It's an addiction like no other.
 
Hit 30 of cardio this morning and will b hitting back after work
 
Hitting a late back workout. There's a Ton of fat lazy fucks in here. There time would b better spent watching YouTube. I'm gona dead lift untell I can no longer pick up the bar. I'm dripping sweat as everybody walks around joking?!!? I got a body to build. GET THE FUcK OUT OF MY WAY. Or you will become the path under my feet. Worked up to 5 plates for 2sets. 4 plates for 6 sets 3 plates for 3sets. That's 14 total sets of deads. Straight into clean and press with 135 for 4 sets. My back hurts I'm tired my head is pounding. Tough times make tougher people. I just keep grinding. Add some Tbar rows, rear delt flys. Barbell rows

I take it about 30-45min pre workout. It seams to kick in about 45min after I take it. I love dbol this is my first time trying it and its awesome. Great pump and huge motivation and strength

***weight update: I started at 212 and am now at 197!! And my lifts have all gone up! I start with my coach this weekend and should b shredding fat in no time.

EP is the best gear I have used. Its the only gear I use. You are doing a very fine job with your log.
 
Had a great leg day. Leg press, Hamstring curls, Hack squats, Weighted lunges, Good mornings, Calf raises, and some light squats to finish up. Along with some Abb work.

Well I got a phone call yesterday saying I was kicked out of my gym(worlds gym)!! Those fucking pussies. I guess I have to much beast mode. So I'm currently looking for a new gym and considering buying my own equipment. Pissed me off since iv been a member there for around 7 years, and received no warning. Ohh well I guess.

Did you let them know you bent a bar because other members of your gym can get hurt if they use it. If you let them know no harm done but if you didn't its understandable why they would remove you from their gym.
 
I did let them no and at the time they acting fine with it. I don't really understand it all I ask for the reginal manager to call me Monday so mabe he will shed some light on it all.

If you have been there that long you should. If you told them and they were fine find out why they eventually changed and removed you.
 
Iv recived my diet plan and will b starting tomorrow. Ill b on a carb cycle and for this week ill b consuming 3000 cal a day. I'm very excited to see what I can do with a spot on diet. I'm pumped to get shredded.
 
Are you throwing in any other steroids to help with your cut?
 
I will b finishing this log with just test and NPP. Then crusing for a few weeks. Then I plan on doing a short ester blast before my show. I'm not sure what I'm gona run. I would like to try some mast or EQ. Any suggestions.

Masteron will help you get cut much better than EQ will. I would use Masteron any day of the week over EQ period.
 
Had a good chest workout thanks to my buddies at home gym. Set a new PR of 335 on flat bench. Today was high carb day of 300 carbs. Looking slightly bigger and leaner in the mirror. All in all I'm satisfied today. Work hard and achieve your goals Bros.
 
Hitting some cardio this morning. Today I will b having 200g of carbs. And will b working back.
 
I did cardio also. I do cardio 6 times a week. It keeps me healthy and allows me to eat a few thousand extra calories a week. :D
