The carbs are helping me get a hell of a chest pump. Doing heavy incline, and light bench= pump city. Also doing dumbel press keeping them close together to help work the upper peck. Nothing makes my day like a good pump. I wouldn't trade my fitness lifestyle for any other. When I'm in the gym I'm my own boss. I determine what gets done and how much work to do. And I work it hard. I push forward every day. That's how I do it. This pump isn't created by anything other than hard ass work and heavy ass weights!! Get off ur ass and get it boys. I'm ready to get jacked, who else is with me... U say u don't have time? Then sit ur ass on the couch wile I make time.

I have a great back day. Felt strong got a good pump and was very vascular. Feeln good. Gota stay strong with the diet and get shredded.

I'm weighing in at about 192lb. I have blood yesterday on my low carb day. Today is hi carb day and ill be hitting legs
 
Hit legs today. Only did squats, calf raises, leg press, and hamstring curls!! But I hit them all hard and heavy! Felt good and pushed through the pain to get a great pump and workout. Gota love the way leg workouts leave u wanting to cry lol.
 
Went for a walk/ jog this AM. Legs are sore as fuck from doing legs yesterday. But I got 30 min in anyways. Training arms tonight.

Slowly seeing more definition, and cuts. It feels great to loose the fat and show off the muscle I have worked so hard for.

Btw I pinned my lat yesterday and guess what? It was smooth just like the rest of them have been!! Good gear!

Missed my arm day yesterday. But I made up for it today. Hit arms and abbs. Got a great pump! Hammer curled 80s. Preacher curled 100lb easy curl bar for 4 sets. Overhead trisept extensions with 100lb dumbell. Also did incline curls standing curls, rope curls, rope pulldowns, dips and some more. Love the way my arms and shoulders are looking. Getting lean is hard but rewarding!! The harder somthing is, the bigger reward it holds. Kill it brothers

Im on a 3000calorie carb cycle.
Monday 300g carbs
tuesday 200g
Wednesday 100g
Thursday 300g
Friday 100g
Saturday 50g
sunday 0g

i do cardio about 4 days a week. Either cycling, jump rope, jog/walk

Haha yea 200 is about perfect for me. It's rough on low carb days. But it's worth it.
 
I did a chest back and leg day today. It's a split that I got out of Arnold's book. I guess I should look like Arnold any time now lol. Iv done this split in the past and like it as a body shock. It's not for the faint hearted. And it would help if I had some more dbol lol. I do 4 sets of everything that's not spesified. Going 10,6,6,4 reps with the max amount of wieght I can to get these reps. As little rest as possible. Left me wore out.

• bench press
• incline press
• pullovers
-Back
• chin-ups (total of 50)
• bent over Rows
- Power training
• Deadlifts, 3 sets of 10,6,4 to fail
- Thighs
• squats
• lunges
• leg curles
- Calves
• standing calve raises, 5 sets of 15
-Abs
• crunches, 5 sets of 25
 
I went for a 2mile jog this morning. Today is my 200g carb day. Have a good day builders.
 
More cardio this am. Weighed 190 this am. Today is 100g carb day. Hit it hard and heavy today guys.

Haha like eating 30 pancakes lol. Nah I'm getting use to them now. It was hard at first and I still have cravings. Just Gota keep myself busy so I'm not thinking about food. I know it's a key to my success so I learn to like it.
 
Doing some fasted walking this morning. Today is hi carb day and ill be working shoulders, back, arms, abbs. Now if I can just get work over so I can hit the gym!!

Doing cardio on my bike, on and off today. Today is my no carb day. Ill be doing alot of meal prepping for this week! Hope everybody has a good weekend.
 
My wieght is the same as its been for a couple weeks. And my measurements didn't really change much this week. We will see what my coach has to say.
Doing AM cardio and will be doing full body workout tonight. Gota start grinding harder than ever!! Just Gota push forward no matter how hard life pushes back. I'm the only one that can change my body, and I will!! Hit it hard today guys!!
