Well did not gain any weight this week, but while at the gym one of the REALLY HOT girls said i look really bigger up top and waste looks smaller!
Thats a good thing, so even at 184lbs that is still 10lbs of mass and it appears to not have increased BF!

Really felt good in gym today! Add a lot of looks for sure a couple of youngsters in there 20's 200lb + guys football players were also working shoulders! Put them to SHAME!!!

The only bad thing about this gear is my metabolisam is thru the roof!! I was really hoping to put on a few lbs this week!! Not going to get caught up on weight anymore!! Now lets see if I can maintain the 184lbs and shread@!!!
