Off today resting, next workout will be Thursday, feeling good just healing ready to blast Back and Arms next! 4 days on 3 off works well for me! Just eating and resting this week!!


u should be able to pack on a few lbs on just taking those three days off and eating like a monster :D

Just want to say thanks to the guys who helping a noob out, you know who you are...yep Im naming but not shaming ( Mr Vannesb & Mr Chucky1 ) cos your genuine good fella's (No Homo) 1st time I used that any ways...lol , I cant send PM still under 25 posts but many thanks would have liked to have send a thanks to you both . you all competing in a freindly manner towards each other very healthy to see such camaraderie thanks guys....

Well did not gain any weight this week, but while at the gym one of the REALLY HOT girls said i look really bigger up top and waste looks smaller! :clapping:

Thats a good thing, so even at 184lbs that is still 10lbs of mass and it appears to not have increased BF!:ohyeah:

didnt gain any weight?! damn i legit would gain pro like 6 lbs if i skipped 3 days. hmm maybe eat a little more cal dense foods till you cut those always help me gain weight...pbjs all the way man

Damm, i dont know what else i can eat! PBJ a couple of times a day, Steak, Chicken, over 5,000cal a day! 600 carbs!! Will stay at it! pretty disapointed! Maybe i am expecting to much? 10lbs so far is good and appears to be lean gains! Last cycle was a recomp! Never gained a lb! only size!!

up the fat a little....fat is 2.5 times as many cals/gram than carbs and protein :D
 
minimum 300 to 380G of protien



will take a look right now my fat is around 100 to 150G of fat per day. i thought that was already pretty high?


well i mean more wont hurt esp if youre bulking. id up it until you feel like your getting to soft. will have tons of energy man

O, total weight gain (+11lbs) which is great for me!! Was trying to hit 190lbs, but dont think it is going to happen! Everyone at the gym says I look bigger up top but wate is smaller and seem more lean!!:winkfinger: That is very impressive for sure! Now i want to really cut and see if i can hold 183lbs which will give me 11lbs LM in 10 weeks!!

Last cycle i ran Test 600 deca 300 I gained no weight put some size on and lost BF (recomp) The gear was legit since it was from doc.

This gear (Z.. Domestic Line) already has given me GREAT results, Strength, Size and 11lbs of MASS!! Water retension is minimal!:shooter:

Very impressed to date have my last week of Dbol and then will be just running straight Test.:owned:

Check out my last updated pics veins are everywhere which shows how lean I have gotton and still putting on weight!
