hello ladies and gents

I have a newbie question... please be gentle...

i dont not want to poke myself at the moment...

what is better? (gains and general health)

Var or T Bol (only cycle) and why?

and would you recomend ai or just pct? and how much?

i was going to do (Var) @ 40-50mg ed for 8 weeks until i read tbol might be better...

I do not know much about tbol...

Goal - Cutting cycle lose b/f and get stronger

stats 31 200lb b/f 15%

train 5-6 days a week i dont lift like a body builder

i do jiu jitsu and boxing and wrestling and circuit training workouts

jiu jitsu 5x a week. boxing 3x a week. wrestling 2x week. circuit training 2x week.

diet in check for 1 month

All orals is hard on your body. Pinning isn't that bad and way easier on the organs bro and much better gains

Are you going to be using test as a base? I am assuming you are not which is not recommended but if you are going to do it anyway here is my opinion. I would go with the var at a dose of 50-100mgs a day. It is going to be costly but you should be happy with your results. Anavar is increases your body's ability to burn abdominal fat also increases endurance for cardio which is great for boxing, mma, and jiu-jitsu. I train all three myself and I am currently running test with var right now test cyp at 500mg wks 1-10 var at 30-50mg wks 8-12. I am loving the var right now. Many say you are wasting your money with var but for what I am trying achieve it is perfect. T-Bol is a little more potent and gives you more gains in mass. It is almost like dbol with no water retention. But for your goal of cutting it might not be what you want. I know if you are competitive in MMA you might not want to increase weight but harden up and cut fat. TBol will add more weight. I have also heard of people having their calves become so pumped it is hard to walk. I just don't think it would be the better choice for what you are training. But it is a good AAS and the choice is yours all depends what you want out of cycle.

thanks for your input. i have pinned in the past but i just want something mild to get me over a hump. i think imma go with the var. what dose of pct do u think would be good. I will run 40-50mg ed for 8 weeks and far as competing its been a long time do to injuries. i use to fight at 170lb im 200lb right now so i would like to walk around 185lb
 
PCT I would use clomid at 100mg/ wk 1, 100mg wk2, 75mg wk3, 50mg wk4. with aromasin weeks 1 and 2 25mg a dya wks 3 and 4 12.5mg . That should be plenty to get your HPTA up and running again. Another option you might want to do since you are running var alone is use proviron along with it at 50mg a day this would probably eliminate the need for an AI or SERMs during you cycle plus harden you up even more. It will contribute to aggression slightly and keep your sex drive up. Also some people say that it increases the effectiveness of other anabolics. I would check into it I ran it at the beginning of the current cycle I am on now and loved it. I think I will include in my future cycles from here on out. It is the same price as an AI with added benefits in my opinion. It is quite as effective as an AI but you don't need it to be with light cycles.
 
Take 4 Grams of fish oil a day, Multi vitamin with cholesterol support, or use Lipid stabil and Liver stabil by molecular nutrition if you want to add to the safety of your cycle. Sometimes var is hard on your lipids (Lowers HDL considerably and raises LDL)
 
Also, describe what you mean by "diet in check" - you're doing a lot of activity now and still you carry 15% bodyfat. To me, this implies you've been having trouble with your diet for some time now.

man tbol is good. it is just dbol except you get none of the bad sides but all the benifits.

i broke my shoulder off 2 years ago and could not use my arm for a year. took a year of rehab still not 100%
i played video games and ate chinese food everyday and gained 40lbs. went from 185lb 10% b/f to 225lb b/f ? been back training for the last 6 months and lost 25lbs 200lb 15% b/f but hit a plateau.

but heres a sample of my diet

7 am
i have a shake. 8oz oj, 4oz acai juice, 1 cup frozen blueberry, 1tbl spoon hemp protein, 2tbl spoon ground flax, 1 scoop green vibrance, 1 tbl spoon glutamine
1 banana

8:30-9am
1 pack oatmeal 3-4 eggs 3-4 turkey bacon 1 wheat toast with natural peanut butter, multi vitamin, fishoil,msm 1000 for my back and shoulder,joint eas

train from 10:30 to 12:30 mon- fri

12:45 - 1pm go to chipotles get a big chicken burrito (mmmmm)

3pm protein shake with glutamine

5-6pm eat whatever wifes cooking brown rice chicken or fish and veggies

2-3 days a week train from 6pm up to 9pm sometimes

9pm protein shake with milk natural peanut butter

please adjust if you recomend anything Built. i have alot of respect for your knowledge. off the subject i might add a little test. 250mg a wk 125mg split 2x week with 30-40 mg anavar and would love to throw in hgh also but pricey.

Okay, so most non-obese folks maintain at around 13-15x their bodyweight in calories, and you're pretty close to 15xbodyweight - which is great, your metabolism looks to be working just fine.

To lose, drop this down by about 20% - try pre-planning a day with about 2400 calories and then stick to that for a week. You should see your weight start to go down again. Your protein and fat are right where they should be, so drop the carbs down to make the deficit.
