hey guys, i now weigh in at a whopping 115 pounds (try not to laugh) and I want to go on a bulk, so I decided to start around 2400 calories, and go from there. this is where i get a bit confused. i know i should have at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, but if i go with a 40/40/20 macro split at 2400 cals, that puts me at 240 grams of protein a day, more than twice my bodyweight. this seems like a bit too much, should i change the 40/40/20 so that i get around 1 to 1.5 grams per pound?
