Hey, I've been doing dead lifts on back day, and stiff leg dead lifts on leg day. I usually try and hold onto the bar for as many reps as I can, and switch grips when I can't hold on any longer, but usually by my last set I have to use my straps. Is there anything I can do to help my hand strength? I was looking on line at some heavy grip hand grippers, but didn't want to waste my money.
I thought I'd just stay at whatever weight I'm doing until my hands can handle the weight for all sets and reps, but not sure if that's the right solution because then my legs and back will suffer as I wait on my hands to catch up.
Any advice?
