Im 238ish.. probably 18-20 percent bf (just coming off of a bulk). Im going to carb cycle.. I read different opinions constantly about how many calories to eat. So...

The typical 500 deficit, or 250 n burn 250 in gym..

Maintenance, since I will be doing cardio n lifting.

Or a mix of both, eating more on leg n back days..

Test p, Tren, mast and var are the things I'll be using..

Oats, some fruits, veggies, almonds,Turkey breast, chicken, tuna, lean beef, and eggs/egg whites, gold standard whey also.

Calories is really the only question lol

All about diet bud start low and make ur way up 500 defecit plus cardii is the way to go adjust your macros every 5 pounds you drop I personally find is best

Based on your weight, Aprox 2700-3000 cals a day for cutting. Variables include age, height, gender, level of activity, days a week you train, the intensity of your training, etc.

I rec carb cycling for fatloss also! :-)

Calorie cycling will also keep leptin levels high and again confuse the body into not allowing the normal starvation mode dieting plateau.

Bit of a broad question with out knowing all the factors. To answer it simply, eat consistently and keep a log. When your weight levels out then cut fats/carbs accordingly. Supplements are kind of irrelevant if the calories, macros aren't in line.

i preffer swap P+F with P+c meals also i consatrate all my carbs around workout and then i keep on with fats..also for carbs i use brown rice/sweet potato/oats..
