What do you guys do off cycle?

As posted before, I'm looking at IGF-1 Lr3 for some off cycle maintenance. What do you guys do, besides work your ass off in the gym and eat healthily, while your natural test production recovers off cycle?
 
Usually cry..but I've tried IGF...not sure I believe that most IGF around here is real, and I definitely won't be buying from a company that sells loose pebbles in a bottle ever again. Can't say whether it helped or not. Lotta people say GH and preworkout slin works. Got a friend that maintains 250 lbs off cycle on only t3, gh, and slin for 2-3 months, but he does get fatter looking. Try ending a cycle with orals while the esters clear to minimize time with low levels.

usually get on a good creatine product and some GHRP-2 and CJC-1295...or igf des. that stack will be great for you post cycle. the biggest thing is keep the food intake up ppl seem to lower it when they come off but keep it up.
 
What`s this "off cycle" that you speak of?
 
I lift less, run more grapple and do some boxing stuff. I also keep GHRP-2 going. I also drop from 210-220 to 195-205. I feel great off cycle though after about 2 months and in 10-12 weeks my test measures normal.. at least it did last year. We will see this year soon enough. Funny thing is I got more MILF action at 195 and off than I did at 220 jacked. Bitches seem to like the streamlined version. Then again I got to 218 and 11% and bitches were pretty grabby too. To bad it just doesn't last long enough anymore. I seem to burn out and then it's just time for a break. I'm 213 now and on about the same amount as I was at 218 and I look softer because I'm burned out and need a break.
 
Creatine and lots of cardio, bit lighter workouts. Maybe a few things like DAA for boosting natural T production, buncha antioxidants etc. Just get the system back running normal again.

Why would u use formeron? I thought it was for pct?!
 
As far as fully coming off.. I don't. I cruise. All my supps are the same and I still eat like a horse. It's nice to keep size, and having another blast to look forward to. ;)
 
Everyone talking about IGF-1 Lr3 and GH, I'm considering going down that road for 5 weeks on the former, and 6 months on the latter (overlapping into my next blast). How did you guys pin the IGF-1 Lr3?

I'll be scaling down my blow intake at the end of this cycle. People have been trying to tell me it wouldn't hurt to bridge it with a crack rock early in the morning, but I don't feel that's really truly going off.
