I never feel amazing after a routine or workout I always feel like shit, on the verge of blacking out, vomiting, collapsing or going on a adrenaline filled blood bath. Never amazing this shit ain't meant to be fun or feel god its meant to hurt and get you swole. No pain no gain baby!!
But if we take pain to be good which i do then i guess legs, back or delts nothing like a 10 part drop set on any of those bad boys.
You know what else is good at the end of legs. Try the stationary bike at a slow pace using a very high resistance for 5 minutes. I don't usually see veins in my quads, but after this they get nice and pumped. Nice cool down and floods the muscles with blood nicely. When I get off the bike I can barely stand.I've found that heavy squats followed by some light incline treadmill cardio is near orgasmic.
