I'm not sure how many times per week I should be working out. I've been doing a four day split (M/T/Th/F) targeting different muscle groups, hitting some 1x, and others 2x/week. But I've read that "hardgainers" such as me (I'm 5 10, 160) should train no more than 3 times/week max., and not to hit any groups more than 1x/week.
Any advice is appreciated.
