i was using this bodybuilder split for a while, but i really am just interested at putting on more pounds right now, not isolation exercises. what kind of comound movements do you guys recomend to do for jsut iverall size?

Not always, I've often seen smaller guys out power larger guys.
Clean n jerk will help but isn't the best thing for mass gains.

if you have some sort of handles in your gym you can stick one end of a barbell into a corner, load the other end up with weight, attach the handles somewhere under the weight and use that set up as a T-Bar Row. Or you can try just grabbing the bar under the weight without handles, i never liked it that way so before i moved to my new gym i would never do them.
Barbell rows are a good substitute for T-bar rows.
