Clean n jerk is more of a power movment than a mass builder, although I enjoy doing them every now and then. :)

more power = more muscle = more overall mass.

Not always, I've often seen smaller guys out power larger guys.
Clean n jerk will help but isn't the best thing for mass gains.

This is very true and it's not just genetics it's training as well

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
cg means close grip

Also t bar rows will add tons of mass to your back and biceps

My gym doesn't have one either, I use a straight bar and a chain with handles on each end, I can to the same thing with that.

if you have some sort of handles in your gym you can stick one end of a barbell into a corner, load the other end up with weight, attach the handles somewhere under the weight and use that set up as a T-Bar Row. Or you can try just grabbing the bar under the weight without handles, i never liked it that way so before i moved to my new gym i would never do them.

Barbell rows are a good substitute for T-bar rows.
