What is ur drink during the workout?

What is your drink druring workout? some drink water, some drink cerbs, some drink protein :mad: and some drink energy drinks?
 
Usually water, but on the off chance that i have to squeeze a workout in due to other constraints, i sometimes sip on a well watered down carbs/protein drink. Usually cause i'm starving.
 
mixing those carb drinks is too troublesome..... water for me.
 
Yak urine. The Eskimo igloo-lifters swear by it. :thumb:

I have noticed the igloo lifters around here and their Yak piss; bastards won't share.

Usually nothing, but I will drink water if I really deem it necessary.
 
usually about 3 liters of water.
 
Water unless I'm doing a long endurance workout and then I add some carbs to it to maintain my energy and not bonk.
 
i saw a guy drinking alcohol during his workout once :eek:
 
I keep a water bottle with me at all times, the gym included. I have no need to drink gatorade, or some of the other crap that people drink.

I am not Gary. ;) I drink about 2 gallons a day, not including my 2 diet cokes and a glass of Crystal light. I'm well hydrated. :D

It sounds weird, but its GREAT...I use Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Mint protein w/cran.

I was using just Choc. for a while, but then in gave Choc Mint a shot, and have been using that for about 6mo. straight now (i go through about a tub/week, and i'm not even close to sick of it).

Give it a try bro, guarenteed you'l like it :lick:
 
I've been drinking a gatorade/protein mix with a ratio of about 4g/1g carbs/protein and it's working very well. Before that I drank water, and I ran out of energy during my final sets. Could be mental, of course... but it works for me!

But for the longest time I would sip 20 oz. of Gatorade.
 
~60g protein + ~150g dextrose, sipped throughout w/o

when cutting, just water
 
Water,but Once in awhile when I am down I will do a can of Sugar free Red Bull mixed with some sugar free Green Tea.
