1.5" pin for glutes or 5/8 - 1" pin for delts. 22 or 23 ga are fine for glutes. Stick w/ 23 ga for delts.

I have never heard of anyone going in the hamstrings? lol Not my idea of a good location. I use 1 in. 25G for outer quads, Upper outer quadrant of the glutes, and lateral deltoid head of both arms. I don't have too much bodyfat so I get away with a smaller pin. I would use glutes, delts, and outer quads they are the easiest sites. www.spotinjections.com
