My theory on getting horny rasing test level and leading to gains and strength

Now for a long time I have been preaching that being horny or sexual arouse will lead to better gains and strengths and I myself believe in that and think that has help with my growth. Some say its bro science some have tried it and said it worked .

The whole goal to up the test levels is to get sexual arouse, but not I repeat but not bust that nut. Your have all the sex you want jerk it all you want, but do not bust that nut if you do its a fail.
I do not care how you get sexual arouse, whether you are watching porn(which I do), looking at your girl naked in front of you, or looking at your gay lover.

What ever that will get you sexual arouse will up them test levels, The longer you go during this the better, But it gets to a point where it will reach its max and that nut will makes its way on its own, I use that as a sign to let me know that my test levels high and how long It will take for that to happen.

Now i'm not telling to never Ejaculate ever again just dont make it a everyday thing 7 days of Ejaculation ur test are low as hell

"sexually aroused" is the term you were needing....geez i barely could read that...grammar....one of my pet peeves sorry.

Agreed with the first response that ive seen a couple of reports stating that test levels tick up a bit if anything after you bust. The thing is that you might feel like shit of course due to the cns being in a different mode after you release, so that it sure as hell might feel like your test is low. Based on some eastern seminal retention practices I have read up on, there could be some more philosophical reasons to abstain from busting. But I must say that after practicing a year of seminal retention techniques it pretty much expanded my already beastly sexual appetite. (if I do say so myself, although it was almost a problem,as a distraction from being too horny) I'll be 35 in July and Im twice as horny as I was in my teens. Could be a better diet, etc. though.
 
Giving up sex to any degree doesn't seem like something I'd like to try in order to mimimally-moderately increase my gains... as much as I like lifting.
 
Yeah, shuffling around the gym with a semi, an aching set of balls and a stream of pre-cum oozing down my leg doesnt sound like a productive SFW session.

Lol omg. there are no facts behind this but pure broscience. the reason why you think it works is because you trick yourself to believing it actually works, & that in itself gives you motivation to workout, which than leads to better workouts & more gains
