Week (2) 9-6-11

Am (178lbs)
Up a good solid 4 lbs!

Today is my day off, no work out today! Sucks because i have so much energy I want to work out 7 days a week!!! But I am smart enough to know you wont grow over training!!

Body is pretty much sore everywhere!! LOL:clapping: For me that is not the norm, my lats are still sore from my wortkout 3 days ago!!

I am a little edgy at times so I have to be careful not to jump on kid or old lady!! LOL! I always hate when she knows I am running a cycle, since it is easy to say it is the Gear and not that i am just a prick sometimes!!

Little sore from last injection (2cc) (Test E total 500mg injection) Will do second Pen on Thursday. Still on 40mg DBOL per day, BP in check no more nose bleeds and feeling great! When I take dose am within an hour I feel AMPED!!!:ohyeah:

I have started taking second dose 1 hour before workout!! I am JACKED during workout and a fuckin Animal during the workout!! My workout partner cannot wait to get some DBOL from Uncle Z!

Was begging me for mine! NOT!!! Told him order domestic can have it in like a week!! I explained how the shipping worked with tracking # and all. It went very smooth no worries! Sent directly to my house! Looking at the others in the comp everyone seems to be doing well, but I will still be ahead of the pack come week 10! Since the Test I am on is a slower Ester, even though the Dbol is kick starting it come week 4 or 5 will really start seeing the Massive gains in size. :ohyeah:

Yea that what my plan, then week 5 will cut back, and trim extra BF that I might have gained. It is real easy for me to cut, just by diet, gear and a little cardio if needed! I want ot finish out between 180 and 185! That is a big gain when we are talking LM!!:winkfinger:

As someone mentioned to me will try to cut back on one of my protien drinks and intake more food! I am hungry all the time thats for sure!! You never realize how hard it is to eat 4 to 5,000 cal a day without eatting total crap! I through the penutbutter in for some extra cal and a little fat!

I actually now have a NEW GAME PLAN! I dont want to let it out since my competors see my logs! LOL Bottom line I will meet the goals I set out for just going at it a little different now!:winkfinger: This is only the start BLASTING CHEST Tonight all DB. Will be consintrating on DB Inclines and decline, Flys Pull overs!

Looks great V. The PB is a good way to get some extra cals and if you go Natural PB its good for you. Jiff makes a really good Natural PB now.
