Thats the plan! I am going to finish up with deadlifts instead of starting with them! I think the rest of my workout suffers when I do that !!

Did not fuck around today have been eatting ALL DAY!!! Need 7lbs by next Sunday! It seems I need a minium of 4,500 to contiue with weight gain. Cut back to 4,000 the last few days with no weight increase. Dialing it in boys!!!

Carbed UP for intense workout tonight! Will try to get wife to take some pictures at the gym while I am working out!! Legs are really starting to take shape! :winkfinger:

Also have switched up my dosing of Dbol, on days I dont work out 30mg and the days I do 50mg to give me a little more kick!

My biggest issue is I have no one to spot me and the 110lbs take a lot of energy to pick up and get set to bench!! The 100 are pretty easy to handle if I can get someone next week to hand me the 120 will see what I can do with that!!!
