Just want to say thanks to the guys who helping a noob out, you know who you are...yep Im naming but not shaming ( Mr Vannesb & Mr Chucky1 ) cos your genuine good fella's (No Homo) 1st time I used that any ways...lol , I cant send PM still under 25 posts but many thanks would have liked to have send a thanks to you both . you all competing in a friendly manner towards each other very healthy to see such camaraderie thanks guys....
 
good vid dude, nice gym you wanna check out ours in the UK will post a vid some day when I put a log on here myself soon ish...all I can say is no toilet ....1 rusty old sink...ran by and started by local youngsters my family included to help get youngsters of the streets been going 20 years +...its the best place to train cos I always wanna be in there.

Good lifts, for sure why are your DB presses so light compared to your BB presses? 225lb shoulder presses is impressive! Firgure you would be working out with 90lb db?

My anterior delts would be shot for at least a week.
some times mine are lol...

i can do'em, but my stability gets sloppy after 85s'. BB press i hardly ever do in less i have a spotter so i usually stick to the smith machine with requires no stability so thats what im used too. last night i had a spotter

i feel good im getting some random acne here and there no big deal, feel full and definitly get the wow's from people around me, i like that, still weighing in at 231 and no issues so far im really enjoying this cycle so thanks again Z,OSL,ORDAWG:grouphug:grouphug lol...
