Off today just a little cardio and abs at the hotel.

So everyone has seen my start pics and up todate pics what do i need the most work on? Its hard to tell myself I know LEGS of course are lagging as always, but bigger than when I started.

Thoughts?
 
pound away at everything. give it your all on every body part. forget about focusing on one or the other, and just pound the shit out of everything. thats my plan. Im small everywhere, so it all gets blasted.

Off today will be hitting it tomorrow. I have cut my AI back a little have been taking .5 armidex ed, to EOD .5 for a while and see how that goes. i have been noticing a poping in my jaw, has anyone ever experienced this?

just ate 10oz steak, back potato, salad , 12 hot wings for dinner! Damm it was good!!! Quaker state lube has the best wings around!!! Trying for those few last lbs i wanted I have 3 days to meet that goal!!:ohyeah:Brad I am coming for that 190!!!
