Ok Im off the d-bol and already miss it, but haven't lost and strength. I'v lowered my carb intake and starting to see some more muscle definition and my waist is looking a little smaller, I'm pretty bummed about OSL and still hope he pops in to from time to time through out the rest of the contest, I wonder if there will still be winnings at the end? if not what ever, I had fun partaking in it. I have a shoulder and arms work out to post so it will be up shortly. skipped legs on Saturday but will kill them tomorrow

Hey brother, I am watching my friend I am very proud of all you guys, with contests like this 9/10 times the people you choose don't hold their end of the bargain 100% and you 5 have all stuck the whole thing out!

I expected at least one of you to bow out mid way or dissapeer just because the odds of that happening is always a risk.

But you guys are remarkable people that truly are honorable and trustworthy.

Keep up the great work bro, I am glad you are one of the contestants, the same with the other 4.

ya buddy, I visualized the weight moving on my to the gym got there and went strait to the flat bench, warmed up and grabed the first dude to walk by for a spot, cranked up the Ipod (crazy trian by pantera) and bam... 365x2. Both went up smooth too :hmmm:

ya there were a few people doing legs to night so i had switched it up a little, after leg press i put on some wraps and went as big as my legs would let me on hacks. Leg's feel fuckn strong bro
