It's a tough one. I worked on my wife for years. Just recently I brought it up and as much info as I've shown her and as much as we talked about it its a no go.

Don't lie about it, sounds like if she finds out the relationship is over. You need to make a serious decision between gear and your gf if it comes down to it.
Depending on your age, maybe show her the health risks of having low testosterone which may sway her in the other direction. If that doesn't work, try instituting the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.
