I'm measured my arms on saturday after a little w/o and they measured 18" :) I'm hoping to have my arms 18 inches cold at the end of this competition. Btw they started at 17"

When I measured them this past week they were semi cold. I hit the gym like 3 hours before that but my pump obviously went away. I have definitely noticed a big increase in my arm size.

maybe i missed it but hows ur pec man?

My pec is okay, but I'm not brave enough to hit heavy flat bench yet lol. I'm mainly sticking to incline pressing movements and a lot of incline flys. Hopefully it's good for tomorrow. I definitely want to hit some heavy Incline BB presses.
