I was doing research on this topic and couldn't really find a solid answer for this. What are the pros and cons of telling your physician about AAS usage? Some people say it's a good idea, some say you risk losing insurance. Is there any way to legally prevent them from disclosing your usage to your insurance carrier? If they test your testosterone levels, can a lie of i'm on a legal prohormone protect your insurance coverage? These are all things I've been wondering any anybody whose gone through this dilemma commenting would be appreciated.

I thought with privacy laws they couldn't tell, but I don't know how this works were insurance(blood suckers) companies are concerned. Look forward to being educated

I tell my doctor the truth about everything I use. He dont know what some of it is, like clen and stuff but I still tell him. I feel that it is important that he knows this stuff when we go over the lab work and blood test I have done EVERY SIX MONTHS. He dont approve of me doing what I do at all. He dont help me get juice or anything like that. But he has a job to do and that job is to keep me breathing. The only way he can do that is if i am honest with him about my life style. The doctor needs to know the truth.

I wouldn't do it unless you're getting a script from that doc. If there is ever a health issue and your insurance company requests the file, it could be there. It would definitely be less than ideal for an underwriter/claims adjuster to have information regarding non-prescription AAS usage.

Keep in mind, insurance companies don't give a shit about you

also, doctors will not rat you out over juice bro. I sware. The only way a doctor will or can rat you out is if they fear you may cause harm to someone after you leave there office.
The doctor is your freind.
Also, doctors love getting paid, if they were to rat you out to your insuranse company and it was canceled , they will not get paid. you are a customer and they make money off you. They make more money off you if you have insurance,

This
Is
Bullshit.

It WILL go on your medical record, and it's only a matter of time before your insurance finds out and gives you the boot.

if he is taking blood and such, and measuring different levels, you should probably inform him so he doesnt come back and say, wow test levels very high, bp a bit high, cholestral good, and so on. he might think levels are diff, so i would inform him, otherwise no need to get into it. if you as big as a house he might suspect it anyway, but not sure how you look

First off, it depends on the doc. But technically, doctor patient confidentiality should protect you unless you show potential self destructive/homicidal tendencies that could put either yourself, or someone else at risk.
But like I said, it depends on the doc. Usually, the more experienced (8-10 years) doctors will overlook the legality of the situation and focus moreso on your general well-being while running the compounds.

yes it will. but your medical record is your friend bro. You act as if we are injecting herion or something. and you have request a transfer of medical records from doc to doc and most docs dont research those records at all.
as long as the docs get paid, they are good to go.

and first off amimal, doctors can not report statements made by clients

If you have a problem with my post then call me out animaihouse!!! I dont talk bullshit.

I'm always wondering about tellin my doc about aas use as well...I don't as of right now

I recently got blood done for my primary doc 4-5 days after I shot deca and my CPK levels came back pretty high, but I just don't want to tell him I just shot some deca in my ass a few days ago..lol..

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

I think he did call you out........ In the usa, most people view steroid users the same as heroin users, in their eyes you're no different than any drug user and abuser. It's sad but true.

If you ever need surgery or have something major happen, the insurance company can request these records. I don't know how you feel about insurance underwriters, but I don't want them having this information. They can non-renew, deny coverage etc

You are a number on a computer screen to them, just a profit/loss and will NOT be treated like a human

I tell my doctor what's up, she doesn't agree with it and is concerned but she did give me blood pressure meds cause mine was high. I told her you want me to cycle safely or deal with high pressure of 170/80; she wrote the script in seconds. Of course I get the lecture about risks, I listen and tell her people smoke cigarettes, shoot heroin and I am getting a lecture for working out and eating healthy, that tends to be the end of it every time. Also, the fact I know more than she does is kind of funny so she listens and learns (or at least pretends to well).

Btw, my brother is an Insurance Underwriter, I gotta say that's a stone cold business, stone cold I say. Can't stress enough how little they care about the people that drive their profits.

Any smart doctor will never put usage in your chart, it puts them in as much risk as it does to you. Trust me, I see what she writes in my chart and there is no mention of what I take, she just wants to know so she understands. And yes, insurance companies are the biggest thieves of them all; they make the banks on Wall St look like fucking saints. :shooter:

EXACTLY. My PCP does NOT record notes concerning my admitted aas use. Whether he is supposed or not I'm not sure on that. Since he is a physician and has lab work done every 6 months while I'm on, my insurance covers the lab work. They don't ask him "why the lab work" b/c he is the doctor and is able to legally and medically make that call and insurance providers are not MDs. I even scrolled through his notes on my past visits on his computer screen when he left his office and I sat there alone for a few minutes. He made no mention of my gear use in his notes whatsoever. However, he is a decent enough person to work with me, listen to issues/concerns I have concerning sides, pinning techniques, explains the function of the adrenal glands and the effect gear has on their operation, etc. He clearly states his position on my gear use; that is, he is against it but he tells me he is glad I am open and honest with him. Not to mention he compliments my appearance and talks to me about best diet in regards to cholesterol, blood pressure etc. He's a class guy. Whether any of this can come back to bite me in the ass - I can't say for certain but I don't think so.

My docs know everything about me. I'm lucky for the fact that I grew up with both my primary MD as well as my endo. They are two of my closest friends. It's great, they call me in for blood work out of the blue...who else does that? They go far and out of their way to keep me in check. You have to find a doc that you can be straight forward with.

If a doctor couldn't put two and two together (e.g. clenbuterol is the same class of drug as albuterol), I'm not sure I would want to be using him anyways. haha

Clenbuterol is not the same drug as albuterol dude...

clen: Spiropent, Ventipulmin
albuterol: Proventil, Ventolin, Volmax, Vospire

clenbuterol's active life is also much greater than albuterol and has harsher sides.

LOL... I even had to spell it for him, lol.

My doctor knows, but I think he cycles as well

I told my doctor , he gives me the best advice a doc can give me. Also he dose blood work to monitor my blood and levles etc..

I use the VA, so I'm reluctant to tell my doc of my past aas use. Even though my experience with aas is not extensive however I'm still reluctant. Especially now since she put me on HRT.

Mine knows.
Here is how you do it and not have to worry aboutinsurance or anything else.
You run a cycle with no orals.
No pct.
4 weeks after your last shot go see your doc. Complain of no libido, no motivation, tired, depressed.
Say you read that lowtestosterone can cause this. He will run bloodwork. The bloodwork will come back with low test levels. Request test cyp for replacement. Say you have kids and a wife and can't use a transdermal. You now have a prescription for steroids.
If in the future you have abnormal blood panels you can say you upped the dose for the summer or something. If your on the west coast I can recommend a hrt doctor who will understand if you run cycles.

Oh shit bro..I almost did this same exact shit, but it was not a cycle...just did 100mg of deca 5 days before my bloods and 150mg npp 24hrs before as well....but my test levels came back off the charts...lol...

Now I guess I have to wait for the test to clear my system before I get bloods for my endo...

I also will not be able to use the gel as I have a newborn :D

Yah bro you gotta run a normal cycle then go in aftereverything clears.
Trust me. I have had ascript for years and this ishow I got it. I know many others who have followed suit successfully.
