thanks v, ya first time trying to get this type of physique and I think im doing ok...for only starting at week 5 after d-bol, we'll see in the endStrong workouts! I would not worry about PR at this point! Strong lifts consistent and focus on form! You have came a long way! impressive cant wait to see everyones final pics next weekend!![]()

cardio is tuff after a long hard day at work, I came up with every excuse to stop, but stuck it out. Came home to a nice dinner 14oz beef tender loin a baked potato and about a cup of baby carrots, now getting ready for night shake 50gm protein and then shut it down.
