cardio is tuff after a long hard day at work, I came up with every excuse to stop, but stuck it out. Came home to a nice dinner 14oz beef tender loin a baked potato and about a cup of baby carrots, now getting ready for night shake 50gm protein and then shut it down.

Been sticking with it, haven't missed a workout or a meal, just staying focused and getting ready for the 7th, all lifting weight hasn't changed except for my DB rows I hit the 145's 8 times each side. I feel really strong and big but still holding a lot of BF, so well see how it turns out. good luck to my competitors you all killed it!
