39 years old, already have kids,...and the boys have been clipped.
Did several cycles in my twenties and quit training for several years due to injuries and career.
I'm on the 11th week of the cycle below, with some decent gains so far. 15 lbs in 11 weeks....and have leaned out. Currently 5'8, 177 lbs, 11% bf
Week 1-17 Test E (600 mgs week)
Week 1-16 EQ (600 mgs week)
Weeks 8-12 Anavar (40 mgs daily)
Weeks 12-17 Winstrol (50 mgs daily)
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
This cycle was basically just to get me back into decent shape.
For those of you that cruise....what would you runt the test at?....and should I run it alone?.....since this is a fairly long cycle....how long should I wait til I blast?
The ultimate goal for me is to get back to 195 - 200 and ultimately keep my body fat in the 10% range.
Open to suggestions.
