thanks for the advice, that is always were i fail and you know whats funny i like to prep the food lol i just dont always follow through with eating it haha i love to train, but i hate to eat .If you really focused on your diet O that 240 would be here before you know it. You are on track though I see to that goal. My focusing on diet personally made all the difference.

ya i have that same problemLOL....Keep it up man....It is hard to make yourself eat. Some can just do it while others have to force feed..... I am 6'-2" 225lbs and I know I have the frame and genetics to be healthy at 250-260 but I cannot keep up with the calories....BUT i love to train....

i do that with my eggwhites first thing in the morning but i might throw in some shakes through out the dayLiquid cals is another option.
