    How to take CEE : You take some water, keep it in your mouth, take your spoon of CEE and then immediatly chase it with a lot of water. If did correctly, you shouldnt even taste the CEE, or taste it for 0.5 second.

    Undereating and overtraining. Very bad combination. That's why I bump my caloric intake to 4500-5000 and drop the set to the minimum and I see strength gains every time.

    Everyone need protein to maintain muscle mass and like it was said, depending on how much muscle you have, you will need to adjust protein intake. I would personnaly say at least 1g/ lean bodyweight lb to maintain.

    3 seconds negative are done every single reps. Most of fibers are damaged during the negative part of the lift so it shouldn't be ignore. Dropset is done without rest, yes. Only the time of dropping the weight.
