    hey guys and gals.. yep, currently it's winter in australia.. and darn itz freeeeezing... i have a question in regards to weight(fat) gain during winter.. I know that some of the reasons behind this is that, generally, ppl tend to get more hungry in winter thus eating more calories in a day...
