    Add a few triples and doubles into your routine. I'd make sure I have a someone to spot me on a double, though.

    I haven't tried the 225 thing in a couple of months. I figure I'll give it a go this Friday. I feel like I'm good for around 20 reps now.

    power nap

    There's no way I could talk a power nap for 15 - 20 minutes. I wouldn't want to wake up from such a short rest, and if I did, I'd feel really tired for the next few hours.
