    what do you eat for breakfast?

    lol, Sausage Mcmuffin, and a sausage biscuit, Whey protein, 34 0z water, 2 cupps of coffeee. Trying to change some things, like the McMuffins and such, It just routine, everyday after work.( But, I run at work, about 1 1*2 HOURS WORTH OF CARDIO)

    Take it 30 min. before workout, and then drink another about 30 min. after with a meal. AND, you MUST drink plenty of water. I am drinking about 300 OZ. per day. But also cleaning out my body of Nic. and Canni. Dude, I noticed change in 2 days. Just make sure you drink the wet stuff.
