    low carb mrps - confused now

    once again, check out proteinfactory.com - as far as high vs low carbs go, the low carbs MRP is only gonna make a difference if you are eating a low carb diet (less than 20-30g per day), once you get over that number, its not gonna matter much - also, check for the quality of protein being added...

    depends on what you are eating... personally, i eat lots of carbs before the workout, and protein during the workout
