I use one called Balance Log. I got it for a Valentine's Day present and have been using it religously since then. I really like it because I can use it on my handheld and it updates my PC when I synchronize. I am kind of a geek though. I love being able to go back and look at the charts...

I voted no because I learned that on Southwest (the company who made a big deal out of this) the arm rests do not go up PLUS they still keep the plane full. They bump neither a skinny person nor the obese person. So the airline pockets the cost of the extra airfare and everyone is still...
