I thought there was no real difference in doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach?
I've heard different views on this, one seems to say it makes a difference, the other says it doesn't.
As long as you're under your calorie limit, you'll lose fat.
I find my chest is usually sore two days after my chest workout. For example; Friday is my Chest day, and now (Sunday) my chest is feeling sore/tender. Is this normal?
I'm with GoalGetter; I feel like absolute shit if I eat too much, even if I eat too much of a healthy meal. It just really messes with my head.
Oh well, you'll be find dude; Just take it one day at a time ;)
I'm not sure if you can work on "width" specifically. It's just genetics and the shape of your bicep. Work it enough, and I'm sure it will gain some width.
I'm also thinking of taking an exam/course to become a trainer. I think it would fit in well with my Uni major (Biomedical Science), as I'm learning Cell Biology, Physiology and anatomy, which would be a great help. I really should look up how to become a trainer in Australia.
