you can get a nice bench and 300 lbs of olympic type weights for under 275 from dicks sporting goods or most other local sport shops. If you don't have the space get a toning bench and dumbbells.
i GOT IT DONE LAST HALLOWEEN 2 hours later I was out driving and seeing great the next day. I had a lot of light sensativity for the next couple of months. So if your driving have sunglasses ready. I would do it again if I had to.

If you can eat a candy bar at your desk there should be no reason to not have a protein bar. I would feel free to eat a bar at work and if it comes up again talk to HR because your boss can not control your diet, unless you are having the 3 martini lunch MMM MMM sounds good glad its friday.
I currently am working 2 jobs. This causes me to have to do workouts late at night right before going to bed. People have told me that this is not good for your muscles. Is there any drawbacks to work out times like this or is the immediate rest good for the muscles?
