    it doesn't matter really what kind of exercises your doing,excess cardio is too much for your whole body...so in reality your probably hindering any increases in size thruout your whole body...too much cardio=too many calories lost. if your gonna run i think then you should eat a lot more

    if you want to build size stay away from stuff like total body,oe soloflex or any of that stuff..you should get yourself a good bench,that is adjustable for flat and incline,and also a pair of dumbells, both of these you should get with a fair amount of plates...and then as you increase in size...

    its goodto rest in b/w workout days..your putting your body through so much physical stress ....5 days on seems like so much...even though your not working out the same body part its still alot of stress on your body...
