WOW man i did that yesterday...well almost, i cooked 1-1.5LB of hamburger and a shit load of spaggetti, it was done at 10:30 and buy 2:00 it was gone, and my little brother only had 1 plate for lunch, think i had 5-6 plates, + i had oatmeal 4 slices of toast and 3 raw eggs for break fast around...

i have the same problem with my chest, i can do 34 pushups with my left arm but only 30 with my right and i'm right handed, but i think everybody has one side stronger than the other, if its really that noticeable just train ur left twice as hard till it catches up, but dont go overboard try...
i'm not exactly sure but i think korean jumping jacks are when u jump up and make ur knees touch ur chest, i did alot of these when i took tykwando(cant spell worth shit), and when u do chin ups do do both palms in and palms out, i also like doing 1 arm push ups, i feel more pumped after doing...
